Shipping Process
When will my order be shipped?
Products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email.
How many days do I have to request an exchange after receiving the product?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
For which products do I pay shipping fees?
Shipping is free for selected products. For others, the applicable shipping fee will be charged.
If I buy multiple products, will they be shipped together?
If the supply times of the products are the same, they will be shipped together in a single package.
What is a condition report and what is it for?
A condition report is a document prepared in the presence of the recipient upon request. It is necessary when you detect missing, defective, or incorrect items in your order. You must request this document from the courier at the time of delivery to initiate a return.
Can the billing address be different from the delivery address?
Yes, you can choose to have the billing address the same as or different from the delivery address. You can update your addresses or add a new one in the "My Address Book" section under "My Account." During checkout, click "Add New Address" or select from your saved addresses. To use a different billing address, check the “Use a different billing address” option.
When should a damage report be issued?
If you notice any damage, impact, cracks, or defects on the product, its original packaging, or shipping box during delivery, you should request a damage report from the courier. Couriers are required to wait while you inspect the product.
What is a damage report?
A damage report is a document prepared by the courier in cases where the product or its packaging is damaged (torn, punctured, crushed, wet, etc.) upon delivery.
What is a delivery receipt?
A delivery receipt is the invoice copy signed by the recipient upon delivery, containing their signature and ID information. It is a legally approved document.
Is the shipping fee applied separately for each product?
No, multiple products purchased in a single transaction are shipped together in one package.
