When will my order be shipped?

Our company ships products within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order is handed over to the cargo company, a notification will be sent to your email address. For urgent orders, please contact our company directly.

How can I track the status of my shipment?

If you placed your order with a membership account, log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" page. From there, you can view your order details and click the "Where is my cargo?" button to track your shipment.

For guest orders without membership, the tracking number is sent to the email address you provided.

What should I do if my order arrives when I’m not at the delivery address?

If you are not present at the specified delivery address, your order will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch, and a notification note will be left for you. The cargo branch will hold your package for three days. If they cannot reach you during this period, the order will be returned to our company. Any additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

I want to track my shipment, but it says "Tracking number not found." What can I do?

If the cargo information was entered incorrectly or is missing and you cannot track your shipment, please contact our company via our contact numbers or live support section.
