When will my order be shipped?
The latest shipping date is indicated on the product detail page and in the confirmation emails sent to you.

When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, your order is typically delivered within 3 business days. Official and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Where can I find my tracking number?
You can access your tracking number from the "My Orders" section under your Account, or from the "Your order has been shipped" email sent to you.

How can I track my shipment?
After your order is shipped, tracking details will be added to the system. You’ll receive your tracking number via email and an SMS sent to the phone number on your invoice.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If the store has already shipped your order, the delay may be due to the courier company. Please check your tracking details or contact customer service for assistance.
